Registration Offices

  1. Choose the procedure from the top menu or from the one shown at the bottom.
  2. Authenticate yourself by clicking the ACCESS button, which will take you to Cl\@ve login.
  3. After authenticating using one of the Cl\@ve methods, you will be given access to a form.
  4. Fill in the corresponding form.
  5. Once the process is completed, the application will notify you by email that your procedure has been initiated.
  6. After completing the process, the application may provide you with a registration receipt and an (authentic) copy of the request with a Secure Verification Code (CSV).
  7. Later, in the My cases menu, you will be able to retrieve your request, communications, requirements, resolution, etc.

 

The Electronic Register will automatically issue a receipt confirming the submission of the document, application, or communication in question. This receipt will include the data provided by the applicant, the date and time it was uploaded to the server, and a registration number identifying the transaction.

The receipt consists of an electronic file signed with the ENAIRE web server’s certificate, ensuring that the data was submitted by the applicant. It is very important to save this file.

 You can validate the electronic signature of the receipt issued by the Electronic Register using the valide platform

In the "My cases" tab of the main menu of the e-Office, you can see a list of the requests made and download the receipt for each one.

A digital certificate is used to identify its holder. It ensures the identity of the person initiating the online communication and, when used to sign data, guarantees that the data has not been altered and confirms the identity of the signer.
