The aircraft operator is responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted.

By registering, in accordance with the procedure, the exemption requested is deemed granted, regardless of any unjustified use under the applicable regulations, or failure to provide information and details for exemptions granted in connection with ATFM measures when so requested by the competent authority, may give rise to the initiation of penalty proceedings based on the commission of the infringements defined in Article 48 ter 2(b) 7 and 8 of Air Safety Act 21/2003, of 7 July 2003, without prejudice to any other liabilities which might apply, in addition to the adoption of any other relevant administrative measures.
