Purpose

Service that enables the public to obtain Environmental Information held by ENAIRE, save for the exceptions specified in Article 13 of Law 27/2006 18 July, which regulates access rights to information, public participation, and legal proceedings regarding environmental questions (it incorporates Directives 2003/4/EC and 2003/35/EC).

Maximum time to decide

Generally, one month from the receipt of the request in the registration office. If the volume and complexity of the information are such that it is impossible to meet the aforementioned deadline, two months after the request is received in the registration office.

Data protection

Controller: ENAIRE. | Purpose: To process and manage environmental information requests. | Basis: The data processing is based on environmental regulations. | Recipients: Data will not be transferred to third parties, except when legally mandated. | Rights: To access, rectify and delete data, as well as other rights, before the ENAIRE Central Data Protection Unit (UCPD), Avda. de Aragon 330 Edificio B - 28022 MADRID (Madrid) or via the ENAIRE e-Office (enaire.sede.gob.es). Additional information: For more information, please see Annex I - Additional Information - Data Protection.
