PURPOSE

Service that makes it possible for citizens to access and request the procedure for carrying out activities to benefit persons with disabilities.

The basis order, Order FOM/926/2019, was published on 9 September 2019 in the Official State Gazette, of 26 July, establishing the regulatory basis for awarding ENAIRE grants aimed at labour market entry and job creation for the disabled. This regulatory basis applies to 2018, 2019 and 2020, and can be consulted at the top of this page.

Based on Royal Decree 364/2005 of 8 April regulating the exceptional alternative measures for complying with reserve quota for jobs to be filled by workers with disabilities, and on Article 2.1.c therein, we observe as an alternative measure the issuance of this notice, governed by the attached rules, which provides the opportunity for entities that meet the requirements stipulated to collaborate in achieving these employability and integration goals.

The extract from the Decision of 30 September 2019 of ENAIRE's General Management specifies the grants for the 2017 and 2018 fiscal years that are already in the implementation phase.

In the first half of 2021, an extract will be published from the Decision corresponding to the grants for the 2019-2020 fiscal year, a procedure that will be subject to the same rules.

Subsidies are granted through the usual competitive calls regime, in accordance with the provisions of Article 22.1 of Law 38/2003 of 17 November, on General Subsidies, as this is the procedure that best assures the principles of equality, transparency, competition and objectivity.

The rules specify the requirements for the beneficiaries, the maximum amounts that can be granted per beneficiary, the eligible projects, the processing procedure and the criteria for evaluating the applications, the goal being to guarantee that the applications submitted are objectively ranked in accordance with the evaluation criteria.

ENAIRE has set up the subvenciones@enaire.es email address, through which interested parties can submit their questions about this and future calls. Furthermore, for the sake of transparency and to facilitate the process of applying for grants, those questions that, due to their content, may be of relevance to any interested associations and foundations will be published, together with their corresponding answer, in the "Associated documentation" section. The questions and answers will be updated periodically for each call with the latest enquiries received at the above email address.

Note: Before submitting the application, we recommend that you read the document FAQs and list of documents, where you will find answers to frequently asked questions and a list of required documents. Please follow the established order when submitting the application.

The request must be made by accessing an entity certificate and leaving the default option "Acts on own behalf" selected.

If the request is made using a certificate of a natural person as representative of the entity, the option Act "On behalf of the interested party (natural person/entity)" must be selected, entering the data of the entity represented and providing a document proving the legal representation.
